Insurance Information

Doctors Barrett and Higley are independent health practitioners. They are not employees of any insurance company, the state or federal government. You, the patient are responsible for payment for health services performed. You have signed a contract with your insurance company, and therefore any benefits to which you are entitled will be settled between the company and you. If you have any problems or questions, our Insurance Coordinator will be happy to visit with you. Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit. You should bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite your reimbursement.
